Raise Your Game Show with Alan Stein, Jr.

Season 7, Episode 12: Nick Irons

Episode Summary

In today’s episode, I swim laps with a longtime friend… strength & conditioning coach… author… and ultra-endurance athlete, Nick Irons. Nick first made national headlines when he became the first person in 70 years to swim the length of the Mississippi River (a feat that covered 1,550 miles and took 4 months to complete). But not one rest on previous accomplishments, he followed up his historic swim with a 10,000-mile bike ride around the perimeter of the United States (which took 5 months). Nick is the author of Swim Lessons: 10 Secrets for Making Any Dream Come True and was the subject of the award-winning documentary, Swim Lessons: The Nick Irons Story.
